Memo Re: Impact of National Health Emergency on the Chapter 13 Trustee Office
We are all aware of the current national health situation regarding COVID-19. While our goal remains to effectively serve the debtors,
creditors, and attorneys in the cases we administer, it is necessary at this time for us to operate with reduced staff and reduced hours
of in-office operation. We appreciate your patience, as our resources are stretched. As the health situation evolves, so will our response
to it. Any additional changes will be communicated as soon as they are determined. The District of South Carolina Bankruptcy Court will
publish the latest information here
- Effectively immediately, our in-office hours of operation are limited to Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Until further notice, all court hearings and §341 meetings of creditors will be either conducted telephonically or continued to a later date.

- We will respond to emails and phone calls as quickly as possible, but please expect delays in responses.
