The United States Trustee Program has collected and made available information concerning some of the government programs that assist tenants having trouble paying rent and landlords who have lost rental income during the COVID-19 pandemic. That information is available here.

Please note the estimated length of time before a payment will be credited to your case, and plan ahead:
  • 7-10 business days if sent by mail
  • 5 business days if paid online through TFS
  • 48 hours if paid via MoneyGram through TFS

Our online payment provider TFS has joined with MoneyGram to provide a new payment option for Debtors. Debtors can now walk into one of the many MoneyGram locations across the nation and make their Chapter 13 case payments.
