EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
The United States Trustee Program has collected and made available information concerning some of the government programs that assist tenants having trouble paying rent and landlords who have lost rental income during the COVID-19 pandemic. That information is available here.

Beginning August 26, 2019, please update any saved links you have to the 13Network.com website. The new URL will be https://www.13network.com/LoginMain.aspx?tc=spa . Any bookmarks or saved links referencing the older hyperlink will not function.

Please note the estimated length of time before a payment will be credited to your case, and plan ahead:
  • 7-10 business days if sent by mail
  • 5 business days if paid online through TFS
  • 48 hours if paid via MoneyGram through TFS


Our online payment provider TFS has joined with MoneyGram to provide a new payment option for Debtors. Debtors can now walk into one of the many MoneyGram locations across the nation and make their Chapter 13 case payments. When uploading documents to our office, please make sure you have removed or hidden all personally identifiable information, especially Social Security Numbers, minor children’s names, and dates of birth.
